Atomic Music has been serving Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, DC -- the DC metropolitan area -- for the past 16+ years!

Long-time friends Luis Peraza and Eric Schwelling opened Atomic Music over ten years ago. Originally, Atomic Music was just a very tiny shop located on Route 1 in College Park, MD. Over the years, as more folks began to patronize the store, and the customer base grew, the need for more space became evident and the operation was relocated to a larger facility on Baltimore Ave. That store has since been re-located to its current location in Beltsville. A second store was open only briefly in Alexandria, VA, due to limited parking space and the trouble people had in locating it.

Then in October, 2005, Luis and Eric found a great location in Rockville and decided to give opening another store a shot!

Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM, EST - 8:00 PM, EST
Saturdays: 12:00 PM, EST - 6:00 PM, EST

Sundays: 12:00 PM, EST - 5:00 PM, EST -- BELTSVILLE STORE ONLY!


Atomic Music is closed some holidays, so please call ahead of time before making the trip to either store if you suspect we may be closed. Thanks!!
